Mivor works with third-party suppliers and carriers to fulfill and deliver orders. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, and international delivery usually takes 7–13 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review each request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
