Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
International orders typically arrive within 7–13 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows can vary depending on your country, local customs, and carrier operations.
A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your package anytime on our Track order page.
Rare delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier backlogs. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
